AMBRO Manufacturing is a specialty niche screen printing company based in Flemington, NJ.  Our specialty area is Jumbo Screen Printing.  Jumbo Screen Printing is the process of printing a minimum of 30″ x 30″ and greater, where standard screen printing equipment is less than those dimensions.

Some items that require Jumbo Screen Printing include, but are not limited to: Trade Show Table Cloths, Flags, Stadium Blankets, All-Over T-Shirt Prints and Equipment Covers.

Most screen printing companies have the capability of printing on the front of a T-Shirt.  This of course makes sense because the vast majority of screen printing businesses start because the company wants to print T-Shirts.  However, when printing industrial items, medical items and other commercial fabric items, Jumbo Screen Printing is required.

Executing on a Jumbo Screen Printing order is not as simple as loading up your existing press with larger screens and pallets.  Most presses are not capable of handling this type of upgrade, nor do the print strokes of the machine extend to the range necessary to provide a Jumbo Screen Printing.  Specialized and often custom Jumbo Screen Printing Equipment is necessary to provide services in All-Over Print.

AMBRO Manufacturing has an in-house engineering staff and machine shop that supports all of our Jumbo Screen Printing requirements.  While we have many oversized screens that we consider our standard print offerings, on occasion when required, we will create something larger.  We tend to measure our print areas in feet not inches.

Our typical turn around time for a large format screen printing order is 15 business days, although we do offer rush services when required.  Producing all of our prints here at this facility offers us the control that we need to satisfy even your tightest deadlines.
