Large Format Screen Printing

Here at AMBRO Manufacturing we not only offer traditional screen printing but we also offer large format screen printing as well. Our smallest large format screen we offer is 40”X40”, which means you can get an image or design that will fit the entire screen. The process of large screen printing begins with the creation of a specialized jumbo screen, which is produced ourselves in house. Each large format screen is custom build for each job. Once the screen is developed our artist converts your artwork onto a specialized digital film, which is then transferred to the screen through a large format UV curing system. After the screen dries it is mounted onto our large format printing press and then the printed can begin.

With large format screen printing you can get many things printed including t-shirts and blankets. We can even print table clothes and banners. With our large format screen printing we can even screen print the entire leg from hip to the foot on sweatpants, where other screen printing companies can only print up to 16”.
