Oversized Screen Printing
When you are looking to make a statement on your T-Shirt, Bandana, Blanket or other promotional product, oversized screen printing can help you make your message pop. We do a lot of work in Jumbo and Oversized Printing, often called AOP “All Over Print” As experts in this field we know the in’s and out’s of making your project look amazing.
Unlike some other units and measurements, the term Oversized is unfortunately not defined. So when you say I’ll take 1 gallon of something or you want 500 grams of something, you know exactly what you are going to get. Everyone in the world has agreed to recognize those units of measurement as a standard.
All Over Printing & Oversized Screen Printing
However, when it comes to Oversized Screen Printing, that is not the case. You’ll find that some screen printing companies will boast about their oversized capabilities of 16” x 18”, or you may hear contract screen printers touting their Oversized and Jumbo Screen Printing as 18” x 24”. While these sizes are impressive for sure, in our opinion, they don’t really measure up to what we consider to be Oversized Screen Printing.
If you are considering an AOP Print “All Over T Shirt Printing” then the minimum print area that you will require is 40” x 40”. If you want a large print on a stadium blanket that is 50” x 60” or 54” x 84” you’ll have to go bigger than that, typically in the 48.5” x 48.5” range. So when you are talking about true Oversized Screen Printing, dimensions that max out at 24” in one direction just won’t cut the muster.

That’s a 50” x 50” area, big enough for Kelly to fit comfortably. So as you can see, printing all over a T-Shirt and a blanket or bandana is something that we do daily and do so without even breathing hard.
