Branded Umbrellas

One of the items that you may not necessarily relate to a traditional Jumbo Screen Print or Oversized Screen Print are Branded Umbrellas. We include Branded Umbrellas are part of our large format screen printing options, not because the print itself is large, but because the umbrella is.

Since the vast majority of Branded Umbrellas are printed before they get constructed into an umbrella, screen printing on umbrellas after they have been made into umbrellas is a challenge for most screen printers.

AMBRO Manufacturing is a niche specialty contract screen printer located in New Jersey. Our specialty includes Large Format Screen Printing, Jumbo Screen Printing and Oversized Screen Printing.

Since not everyone can afford the thousands of umbrellas required in minimum orders for custom made Branded Umbrellas, we have tooled our equipment and honed our expertise to enable us to print a minimum of 24 umbrellas with a multi-color large print, on the constructed umbrellas.

Branded Umbrellas

One of the challenges of printing Branded Umbrellas in addition to their large size and cumbersome shape, is the fact that most umbrellas are manufactured using water resistant nylon. Nylon doesn’t accept standard screen printing inks. For contract screen printers that are unfamiliar with printing nylon Branded Umbrellas, your results may be less than what you expect when logos start to “peel off” of the umbrella.

AMBRO Manufacturing works with special nylon and waterproof inks that adhere well to Branded Umbrellas and look fantastic for years.
