The process to create custom imprinted blankets is a little bit different than normal screen printing. To screen print a custom imprinted blanket we use a larger screen. We can print up to a 38 inch wide design. When creating custom imprinted blankets we use one of our manual screen printing machines instead of the automatic machines.

As far as colors go we typically do a one color print on custom imprinted blankets just because it is a larger area to cover and we would have to keep switching out the screens to change the color. Since this is a large print you can have as much detail as you want in the design and it will all be legible.
