All Over Screen Printing

First things first let me give you some background of all over screen printing. all over screen printing begins with creating specialized jumbo screens, which are custom built for each job and are produced ourselves in-house. Once the screens are developed our artist converts the artwork on a specialized digital film. Once the film is made the image is transferred to the screens through a UV curing system. After the screen dries they are mounted on our all over screen printing press and the printing can begin.

The smallest screen we offer for all over screen printing is 40”X40”! Which means we can do the bigger prints that most other screen printing companies can’t do, for example say you were looking to get some screen printing sweatpants with a bigger print then 16”. Well with our screens we can print from the entire leg from the hip all the way to the ankle, that’s up to 36”!
