Large Format T-shirt Screen Printing

Large format t-shirt screen printing is a very simple process to explain, it starts with the creation of a specialized jumbo screen, which we produce in house ourselves and are custom built for each and every job. Once the screens are developed our artists converts the artwork onto specialized digital film. After that process the image is transferred to specialized screens through a large format UV curing system. After they dry, they are then mounted on our large format printing press and the large format printing can begin.
