Overprint Tees

Have you ever seen prints on tee shirts that span across the entire shirt? Overprint tees are becoming a very popular thing these days. Say goodbye to the standard prints that you are used to seeing and say hello to overprint tees. There are not many places that can do this type of printing.

AMBRO Manufacturing is the one place that can. We are equipped with the large machines to make overprint tees. With these types of prints you can have a design that is able to be printed across the seams. There may be areas where the print may not touch if the seams are thicker. Screen printing overprint tees, we typically use water based ink. This will make for a lighter weight print when it is complete if you have more than one color. The maximum amount of colors that will work the best is two. Anything more than that and it will be hard to register to make sure that all the colors line up.

Overprint Tees

We offer another way to do overprint tees. Besides screen printing, we can sublimate them. This is also and all over print technique. Instead of being limited to colors we can use a full color image. The only catch is that the shirt must be white and 100% polyester. This will guarantee that the colors are bright and sustainable.  This technique will have fewer areas around the seams that are troublesome. The ink will get dyed into the fabric from the print, which will adhere to all the parts of the shirt better.
