Oversized Screen Printing

Have you ever seen a pair of sweatpants with the name of a college or a brand name running down the leg?  What about a game day jersey with a large, arching print across the back shoulders?  Well you must have seen a t shirt with an all over print before?  All of these were examples of garments that you can find out and about that were screen printed.  The catch is that they were all considered oversized screen printing.  Although it seems like it’s the same, there is a big difference between regular printing and oversized screen printing.

Oversized Screen Printing

Not every company is willing or capable of doing jumbo screen printing jobs.  It requires the use of special equipment and oversized screens.  It costs more than regular sized printing, but that’s because it just takes more to complete.  It takes more time and more ink, but in turn you get more out of your print.  When you print on garments like sweatpants and game day jerseys, if you go with regular sizing, it can look silly.  The printing area will dwarf the actual print and you’ll have spent the money for a shrunken look.  Instead, make sure you choose oversized screen printing and your prints will surely get noticed.  You can even use oversized screen printing on blankets!  Whether it is personalized with special dates or for a cold night in the stands, custom printed blankets will leave you feeling warm.

At AMBRO Manufacturing, we have what it takes to make your jumbo screen printing projects a success.  We want you to walk away feeling satisfied with your final product.  Our team is ready and willing to help you with your custom jobs.  If you are interested in placing an order for oversized screen printing, or for any questions, you can contact us by email or by calling at (908) 806-8337.
