Most companies that we speak with believe that the only way that you can get extra large prints on textiles, clothing or fabric is to print using dye sublimation. While custom dye sublimation printing is simply amazing, it’s not the only way to get large and impressive fabric prints.

All Over Screen Printing can be used to produce spectacular results, using standard screen printing inks, but custom methods and techniques.

While most screen printing companies max out at a print area of only 20”, our smallest “large” print screen is 40” x 40”. This means that our smallest, huge print, is twice that of our competitions largest print. This gives us a great advantage when printing on very large items.

One of the best and most impressive uses of All Over Screen Printing is on T-Shirts where the image extends onto the neck and sleeves of the T-Shirt. AMBRO Manufacturing also uses this technology to print on Stadium Blankets and other logo promotion items.

A recently popular use for All Over Screen Printing has been printing on Spirit Style Jerseys. Spirit Style Jerseys require a 28” arch using a large 4”-7” font. This type of print is on the smaller side of All Over Screen Printing but can not be handled by standard screen printing equipment.
