All Over Screen Printing

Tee shirt prints are coming in all different styles and colors. Everywhere you look you may see a cool print that you want or maybe it will spark your creativity and you make your own design. Typically prints on tee shirts are either on the front or the back. In today’s world of screen printing that all changes. While there are many companies out there that still do the front and back prints, there are a few that can do all over screen printing.

AMBRO Manufacturing is one of the few companies that can do all over screen printing. We can print from edge to edge on a shirt and even over the seams. There are two types of printing that we do in house to make all over tee shirts. We can screen print them with up to three colors of ink, or we can sublimate them with endless colors in the design. Both ways of printing result in a great quality shirt.

All Over Screen Printing

Using sublimation as the printing technique, the shirt must be white and 100% polyester, this will guarantee that the print will be bright with color. The image you choose to print must be high resolution so that when the print is scaled it does not come out blurry. The process of sublimation is a bit different than just printing ink on a shirt. The design gets printed on a special paper that when heat pressed onto the shirt it will dye into the fabric.
