AOP Printing

Have you ever wondered how a tee shirt gets a crazy pattern or design over the entire shirt? Now that is all possible with AOP printing. There are many screen printing companies around but not many of them can accommodate aop printing. AMBRO Manufacturing is one of the companies that can do this type of printing.

All Over Printing means printing all over the surface area of a T-Shirt or other garment, we can print a design over the entire shirt and over the seams. Most of our aop printing is using water based ink because that is lighter weight than plastisol. The aop printing we have done is only using up to two colors in a design that is printed over the shirt. Any more than two colors the shirt will start to feel heavy. All Over Printing works best if you don’t have any specific areas in the design that need to meet up on either side of the shirt. Getting the design to line up perfectly is harder with screen printing and may not always be perfect on every print.

AOP Printing

Another way to get all over printing is through sublimation. This type of printing allows you to have a full color image all over the shirt. The image you choose must be high resolution so that when it is scaled to the shirt size nothing is blurry or pixelated. The shirts must be white and 100% polyester, this will guarantee a bright and vibrant print on the shirt.
