Big Screen Printing

You will never be at a loss to find a screen printer when you need a T-Shirt printing job completed, at last count, there were well over 20,000 of them in the United States alone.  If you count our partners to the south, add another 5,000.  But what you won’t find that readily is Big Screen Printing.

Now, I’m not talking about companies that are big screen printers, big meaning, large in size, large in number of employees etc …

I’m referring to Big Screen Printing where a screen printer can print really, really big!

While there are no size standards in the screen printing industry, a common press size for screen printing is 23″ x 31″ and that’s being generous to most screen printers.  But Big Screen Printing really starts at 40″ x 40″ and goes up from there.

Most companies that offer Big Screen Printing are focused on all over screen printing on T-Shirts, and while AMBRO Manufacturing has expertise in this type of screen printing, our Big Screen Printing efforts are focused on items like screen printed stadium blankets, wide format printing on Spirit Jerseys, Jumbo Screen Printing on Sweat Pant Legs and large format industrial screen printing.

If you aren’t offering your clients Big Screen Printing, you may be missing a significant opportunity for growth.  Not only that, but Big Screen Printing leaves a BIG impression.  Seeing oversized screen printing on stadium blankets, cloths and other items, looks impressive and calls out attention to logos that might otherwise be blended into the background.

While we consider 40″ x 40″ the start of “BIG” printing, it’s certianly not our limit.  With our in-house machine shop, AMBRO Manufacturing measures our print capabilities in feet not inches.  We start tossing out the word Big Screen Printing at 40″ and we go up from there.
