Custom Sweat Pants

Screen Printed Custom Sweat Pants are not something new to hit the fashion scene.  Since the early 1960’s college students have been sporting leg printed sweat pants.  Since then, Custom Sweat Pants have evolved into Custom Flannel Pants.  But the tried and true leg print sweat pants are still strong and kicking.

OK, so you’re asking yourself, why are you just talking about plain old Custom Sweat Pants.  Well, of course ours are Oversized Custom Sweat Pants.

That’s right, from waist to ankle without even breathing hard.  We’re the masters of Oversized Custom Sweat Pants.  We’re not saying that the other sweat pants look bad, but when you compare each of them to the option to go to a full leg print, there is no comparison.

Most screen printers make one set of screens for a complete size run of Custom Sweat Pants.  That means that if you have adult small up through Adult 2XL in your run, the same screens are used to print the entire job.  This saves the screen printers time and money, but leaves the customer short on leg print.  There is a full 6 inches of difference in leg space alone between Adult Small and Adult XL.  That gets larger each size above XL.  That means that the measly 16″ screen or 20″ screen used by other screen printers for your Custom Sweat Pants orders, are leaving a lot of leg real estate under printed on the larger sizes.

Your smalls might look good, but when you get up to 2XL, that print is going to look like a postage stamp on a pool cover.  That’s why when we create Custom Sweat Pants, we make a full set of screens for each size in your run!  That way, proportionally, everything looks just huge enough!
