What makes dye sublimation clothing so appealing?  With dye sublimation printing you can customize your clothes with pretty much any image that you can come up with.  It all starts out with the digital file which will get digitally printed out of a sublimation printer, fully realized, onto a heat transfer sheet.  The transfer sheet containing the artwork is laid onto the blank garment and together they get put into a sublimation press for a brief time.  During the time in the press, the dye on the sheet get vaporized into a gas and the pressure forces the dye to bond with the fibers of the material.  Just like that, the print is permanently set into the garment!
