The process of large format screen printing begins with creating a specialized jumbo screen, which we produce ourselves in house. The screens are custom built for each job. Once the screen is developed our artist converts the artwork on a specialized digital film. After that process the image is transferred to specialized screens through a large formant UV curing system. After the screen dry they are mounted on our large format screen printing presses and the printing can begin.
