Large format screen printing is pretty much the same process as traditional screen printing except on a larger scale. The process of large format screen printing begins with creating a specialized jumbo screen, which are custom built for each job and we produce ourselves in house. Once the screen is developed our artist converts the artwork on a specialized digital film, then the image is transferred to specialized screens through a large formant UV curing system. After the screen dry they are mounted on our large format screen printing presses and the printing can begin.

The smallest screen we offer for large format screen printing is 40”X40”. That means you can get an image or logo that can fit the entire screen. There are so many ideas you can come up with for large format screen printing with a screen starting out in that size. We can print anything for t-shirts to blankets. You can even get large screen printing done on sweatpants! With some contract screen printers you can only get 16” printed on your sweatpants but here at AMBRO Manufacturing you can get the entire pant leg printed from hip to the ankle.
