Most AOP printers are off shore, but AMBRO Manufacturing offers AOP printing, right here in New Jersey.

AMBRO Manufacturing is a screen printing company that has been in business for over 30 years. A specialty type of printing that we can do is a print all over shirt. This type of printing will require some thought on the design. We can print from top to bottom and from sleeve to sleeve. Around the seams, there may be some gaps in the design from the ink not being printed depending on how thick the seam is. We typically like to use one or two colors at the most for a print all over shirt.

Print All Over Shirt

The ink that we like to use is a water based ink. This will make the ink when dried feel lighter on the shirt like it is not there. You can choose whatever color shirt to get a print all over shirt design on.  To print on dark colors, you should only stick to a one color design. It would be hard to register an under base on the dark colors plus the colors on top of that.
